Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the Pharmacy Management System
Align product objectives with LifeMD's overarching business goals
Conduct market research and gather feedback from stakeholders to drive informed product decisions
Lead the software development team in designing, developing, and deploying the Pharmacy Management System
Make critical architectural decisions to ensure the system is scalable, secure, and efficient
Maintain high-quality code standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle
Oversee the integration of the Pharmacy Management System with other internal and external platforms
Manage the comprehensive API to ensure seamless connectivity with telehealth platforms and financial systems
Ensure secure and efficient data management practices are upheld across all integrations
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with precision
Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users
Facilitate clear and effective communication to align expectations and ensure cohesive collaboration
Present product updates, progress reports, and performance metrics to senior management
Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business impact
Continuously monitor system performance and user satisfaction, identifying and implementing areas for improvement
Implement and oversee rigorous quality assurance processes to deliver a robust and reliable product
Allocate resources strategically to maximize productivity and achieve project goals
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners as necessary

Required

5+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or a similar role, particularly with a focus on healthcare or pharmacy systems
Strong technical background with extensive experience in software development, system architecture, and database management
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Comprehensive understanding of API integrations and middleware solutions

Preferred

Knowledge of pharmacy operations, healthcare regulations, and telehealth services is highly desirable.
Previous experience as a lead developer is a significant plus
