Responsibilities

You will dig deeply into the Algo team’s user experience and workflows to determine impactful new tools or improvements.

You will collect information on the Algo team’s requirements through surveys, conversations, feedback sessions, and automated reporting.

You will work closely with Software Engineers across Algo, Trading Technology, and Research & Development to set technical strategy and prioritize development work.

You will take the lead on 2-year strategic plans for critical tooling and Algo-facing resources.
