Responsibilities
Take ownership of a suite of internal tools and micro-services that work in tandem to support our customer-facing products, including customer support and moderation tools, automated content moderation systems, and other technical services.
Own our internal payments system, treating it as its own internal product.
Develop and articulate the product roadmap for them, ensuring alignment with company goals and stakeholder expectations.
Write detailed product specifications, including user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and workflows, to ensure development teams have clear guidance.
Serve as the primary liaison between our in-house overseas technical team and our non-technical teams to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
Ensure technical feasibility and drive prioritization of features.
Communicate updates, challenges, and progress of initiatives to stakeholders.
Manage product development lifecycles from ideation and validation through to development and launch.
Monitor performance post-launch, and follow-up with improvements, enhancements, and fixes.
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation methods to mitigate them.
Analyze data to measure the success of product features.
Proactively propose data-driven technical solutions to improve products and processes.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field).
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in technical or software-focused projects.
Working knowledge of system architecture, APIs, and database design.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Demonstrated ability to manage product development life cycles, from concept to delivery.
Proven experience working with software development teams using Agile methodologies.
Preferred
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Working experience with payments on a technical level: systems, flow, and entities involved.
Working experience with support ticketing and content moderation systems.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SQL.
Technical skills such as proficiency in API integrations, cloud services (e.g., AWS), and/or DevOps principles.
Experience owning and managing products in the B2B, B2C, or SaaS domains.
