Responsibilities

Lead delivery of world-class platform products for customers.

Develop a data-driven product vision and strategy.

Lead a product development team to bring healthcare opportunities to life.

Establish and dynamically update the vision and strategy for the product area based on customer needs.

Use data and analytics to support decisions and recommendations.

Work extensively with internal customers, group leaders, cloud architects, product development engineers, and cybersecurity experts.

Define customer problems, business opportunities, target objectives, and desired outcomes.

Drive definition, prioritization, and development of product capabilities and features.

Push for strategic innovation and commercialization.

Adapt precedents and streamline delivery based on prior expertise.

Guide cross-functional teams in product discovery, prototyping, and iterative product development.

Serve as a servant leader to teams and colleagues, clearing roadblocks and facilitating learning.

Required

Must sit in a Novant approved state: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma, Virginia, Wyoming

Deep experience and passion for healthcare, technology, and solving customer problems

Ability to develop a data-driven product vision and strategy

Experience leading a product development team

Focus on customer needs to establish and dynamically update the vision and strategy for the product area

Use of data and analytics to support decisions and recommendations

Experience working with internal customers, group leaders, cloud architects, product development engineers, and cybersecurity experts

Ability to define customer problems, business opportunities, target objectives, and desired outcomes

Drive definition, prioritization, and development of product capabilities and features

Experience launching successful Beta and v1 products

Skilled facilitator and influencer guiding cross-functional teams

Experience in thorough yet fast product discovery, rapid prototyping and experimentation, and iterative-value product development

Servant leader to teams and colleagues

Ability to clear roadblocks, facilitate team learning and growth, and ensure continuously improving processes

Preferred

Experience with Azure DevOps

Experience with Epic Hyperspace/Clarity

Product Management Certification: Product-related certifications are not required, but can provide awareness of common delivery frameworks (e.g., CSM, CSPO, PMP, Agile SAFe, etc.)
