Responsibilities
Engage with major ODMs, contract manufacturers, and OEMs to secure design-wins and drive revenue growth.
Orchestrate Sales and FAEs in product promotion and business development activities.
Establish and nurture relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders.
Interface with sales, marketing, and operation teams to forecast revenue.
Communicate effectively with management on critical technical or business issues.
Understand market and customer requirements to define product requirements and improve roadmaps.
Identify market opportunities and collaborate with Sales and Business Unit Management.
Research competition, market dynamics, and provide recommendations for required actions.
Prepare customer presentations, product collaterals, competitive analysis, and field training material.
Achieve design-win targets.

Required
BS Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles. MSEE or MBA is a plus.
Understanding of power management applications and products.
Experience in automotive, industrial automation, building automation or infrastructure markets.
High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
Track record of successfully launching products, generating design-wins and ultimately driving revenue growth.
Self-driven, strongly motivated individual capable to take full ownership of their activities, and to involve other functions in the company or management when needed to bring them to a successful outcome.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and comfort in presenting to a wide range of audiences. Capable to communicate issues in a concise and effective way.
Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Can deliver results and keep up with the pace of the modern electronics industry.
Domestic and international travel may be required, up to 25%.
Preferred
MSEE or MBA is a plus.
