Work with the engine that powers the experience design and engineering capabilities at Concentrix.
Deliver strategic consulting, design, advisory services, market research, and contact center analytics that deliver insights to improve outcomes and value for our clients.

Required
Proficiency in Tools: Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence for managing user stories, sprint planning, and documentation.
Proficiency in Tools: MS Visio for creating functional flow diagrams.
Proficiency in Tools: Swagger Hub for designing and documenting APIs.
Proficiency in Tools: Postman for API testing and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar tools for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or equivalent role.
Proven experience with creating and modifying Swagger documentation to describe API designs and requirements.
Solid understanding of middle-layer and back-end system integration.
Strong ability to translate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working with APIs, UI development, and supporting frontline users and platforms.
Expertise in Agile methodologies, with experience working in a SAFe environment.
Preferred
SAFe POPM certification is mandatory for this role.(Nice to have)
