Responsibilities

Provide product leaders and stakeholders with guidance on how to use data for critical needs and goals.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills both technical and non-technical audiences.

Exceptional problem- Solving, program management, and process improvement methodologies is preferred.

Ability to drive projects independently and communicate with senior level management and stakeholders.

Develop best practices for reports and analytics.

Experience with Power BI dashboard creation and report building.

Experience in delivering large and complex business and technology initiatives.

Work closely with peers, Product owners, Operations managers, developers and Program management to track and execute Enterprise Project progress and help understand requirements , help guide prioritization and resolve any impediments.

Create artifacts, Knowledge articles, documentations on migration and project requirements.

Required

Must have experience using business intelligence and data visualization tools: Tableau and Power BI.

Must have 5+ years of technical Product Owner Experience.

Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Effective storytelling with data, to educate and install confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.

Proven ability to identify, assess and solve complex problems.

Strong Attention to detail.

Technical proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI.

Drive continuous process improvements and streamline our overall decision making and improve execution.

Should possess a proven track record of delivering data driven solutions.

Preferred

Exceptional problem- Solving, program management, and process improvement methodologies is preferred.
