Responsibilities

Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes through technology and innovation.

Liaise between development and implementation teams to ensure clear communications and expectations.

Configure technical system settings, ensuring client/project deadlines are met.

Communicate with the project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed

Triage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed

Required

9+ years of IT experience in development, business analysis, application implementation, support, and troubleshooting

Strong communication and follow-up skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels

Technical lead with a coding background; experience in integration, conversion, and running/monitoring batch jobs

Basic knowledge of .Net (not coding) and networking concepts

Preferred

3+ years of Healthcare experience preferred

Nice to have: SSRS, SQL
