Responsibilities

Deliver world-class training courses that radically advance our customer’s understanding of the Pentair Pool product, technology, and brand.

Develop, produce, and present training courses, materials, and hands-on training experiences to include installation, servicing and troubleshooting topics to large audiences ranging from 25-100+ people.

Partner with product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering teams from across Pentair Pool to develop and execute training content.

Maintain, prepare, and make continuous improvements to the classroom setup including the care for equipment and other tools.

Ensure alignment, consistency, and brand message by collaborating across the training team and sharing materials and planning documentation.

Make field visits as required to help assist with product issues, customer issues and/or to support training development needs.

Required

Have earned a high school diploma or G.E.D.

Have 2+ years of technical training experience related to electro-mechanical or engineered products OR equivalent experience in the pool industry creating and delivering technical product training to other pool professionals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).

Possess a strong positive attitude, emphasizing a transformative approach to challenges.
