Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize incoming vulnerabilities from scans and penetration testing.

Collaborate with architects and staff engineers to ensure accountability in vulnerability remediation.

Streamline and manage internal and external vulnerability tracking processes.

Integrate security tools into the CI/CD pipeline as needed.

Support the development of a comprehensive vulnerability management program.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management and security.

Manage and influence across internal and external teams to ensure on-time deliverables.

Required

6+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 2 years of engineering experience.

Strong experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills while fostering a collaborative team environment.

The ability to prioritize and make decision regarding security controls.

Foundational knowledge in at least one general-purpose coding language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).

Experience of integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines.

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.

Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.

Preferred

Experience in security incident response and management (nice to have)
