Responsibilities

You will be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, understanding them well and staying connected to the details;

You will be responsible for delivering results despite working in an ambiguous environment;

You will need a strong bias for action and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously;

You will define strategy and build and execute road maps for the programs you own;

You will be responsible for overall coordination, quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs that you run;

Dive deep with your customers to identify and understand their painpoints;

Think big to build durable products that anticipate future painpoints;

Use your technical judgment and understanding to test assumptions;

Track deliverables, keep stakeholders inform, escalate when necessary;

Evangelize your products and drive adoption;

Think through all aspects of your products' life cycles, incl. business, technical, legal, and marketing;

Help others grow professionally.

Required

5+ years of technical product or program management experience

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience

3+ years of software development experience

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred

5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
