Required
Bachelor's degree required
Demonstrated experience in project management or team leadership, particularly involving software implementation.
Proven ability to work effectively in complex, diverse environments with multiple and evolving demands.
Strong track record of effective staff leadership, with a passion for client satisfaction.
Experience in organizing and executing complex, multi-year, multi-phase projects within a technical setting.
Familiarity with the full implementation lifecycle of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and/or Student Information Systems (SIS).
Outstanding record of project management success, demonstrated through achieved results and adherence to professional methodologies.
Proactive in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate project risks.
Preferred
Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Student is preferred.
Prior experience working within a higher education environment is highly desirable.
Master's degree preferred.
