Responsibilities

Provide Program management support for projects supporting U.S. Air Force software factories located in San Antonio.

Work closely with project team employees and subcontractor personnel to ensure their success.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

Build and maintain stakeholder relationships within Government organizations falling within the portfolio.

Help the team demonstrate thought leadership and solution capability to customers.

Meet regularly with employees to stay aware of project-related issues, risks, accomplishments, etc.

Ensure coordination across all company support components to meet employees' needs on projects.

Help forecast, manage, and support growth opportunities for Air Force and broader DoD digital modernization initiatives.

Attend local industry events to grow network and help market capabilities.
