Responsibilities

Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and close-out. Manage deployments of infrastructure technologies such as network, storage, security, compute, WLAN, SDWAN, and VoIP in new and existing data centers.

Develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and various engineering disciplines. Ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, risks, and status.

Provide consistency and ensure quality control across large, complex projects. Proactively identify and address risks or issues, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining project momentum.

Serve as a key point of contact for executive-level reporting and updates, delivering clear and concise communications to C-suite stakeholders.

Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions. Adapt your approach to deliver results in an evolving landscape.

Maintain a high-touch relationship with customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Required

More than 5 years of experience delivering client-facing IT programs or projects, including experience with cloud or on-premises data center deployments.

Experience leading these projects for external customers, ideally working for a VAR / Professional Services company or Integrator.

Strong presence with the ability to effectively communicate and report at the executive and C-suite level.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-complexity, fast-paced projects with a keen eye for detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Comfortable in a startup-like environment where you can 'roll up your sleeves' and contribute across all project stages, from administrative work to high-level strategy sessions.

Ability to work during Pacific Daylight Time business hours (8AM–5PM PT), with some flexibility for occasional after-hours work.
