Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of the program including system re-engineering, re-design, and modernization of a mobile computing capability.

Achieving timely performance for services and product deliverables, developing efficient solutions, and meeting technical mission needs.

Coordinating program requirements, deliverables, and methodologies, and communicating project plans to Government and contractor teams.

Building and reviewing project plans, understanding business strategy, and developing delivery mechanisms for mission success.

Using project management tools to track progress, leading continuous integration and delivery, and supporting system security planning and risk management.

Enabling design, architecture, and service delivery throughout the IT support lifecycle, assessing and mitigating security threats, and updating certification documentation.

Applying IA policy and procedures to implement secure networking and computing environments, identifying security requirements, and interacting with project team members.

Performing system or network designs, providing security planning and assessment, and recommending system-level solutions.

Anticipating regular work hours with occasional surge periods, and traveling to various work locations as required.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in relevant area of study (Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, Network/System/Software Engineering) with minimum of five (5) years of experience.

Active and current Top Secret clearance required at the time of application. Department of Justice adjudicated clearance strongly preferred.

Eight (8) years of program/project management experience.

Five (5) years of IT service delivery leadership experience

Hands on experience building, delivering, and maintaining IT services.

Hands of experience of DevOps software platforms and best practices.

Proven knowledge of Agile concepts and management.

Familiarity with secure Government network operation and IT service delivery
