Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for customers, ensuring alignment with product goals and timelines.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, ensuring clarity and alignment across all stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, presentations, and other communications.
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize technical background to contribute to product design discussions, technical decision-making, and problem-solving.
Create technical documentation, guides, and content to support product development and user education.
Work with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
Identify opportunities for additional work within customer accounts and collaborate with business development teams to pursue them.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably within a product development or consulting environment
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Slack)
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Projects: Familiarity with Microsoft's product development processes and tools
Certifications: PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications
Technical Background: Experience as a software engineer or in a technical role is a plus
