Responsibilities
Own the strategy and continuous improvement of implementing quality control mechanisms within the lifecycle of security testing of AWS services and systems.
Define and drive strategic outcomes by leveraging deep experience in understanding complex roles and responsibilities at each stage of the security testing process.
Identify key metrics, build dashboards to monitor trends, and create process improvements to address root causes and deliver results.
Ensure all areas of security testing and penetration test scopes are efficient, utilize automation, and continuously examine for improvements.
Motivated to work in a data-driven environment, drive process improvement, and analyze systematic issues to implement solutions.
Seek out and communicate relevant data to support complex business decisions, create plans with measurable success criteria, and anticipate gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures.

Required
Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline or equivalent experience
2+ years of relevant work experience in technical program/project management
2+ years of experience defining projects, collecting requirements, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets
2+ years of project management disciplines including budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
2+ years of experience establishing programs and processes that improve the efficiency and efficacy of lifecycles/pipelines
Preferred
2+ years of working directly with engineering teams
Demonstrated understanding of Cloud Security Foundations and Penetration Testing foundations
2+ years of experience in two or more of the following categories:
- Data analytics
- Security Dashboards utilizing SQL, Tableau, QuickSight, or other BI tools
- Program risk management for enterprise services
- Vendor Management
- Budget Management
- Quality Management
