Responsibilities
Create and maintain and monitor project charters, project plans, project forecasts, project schedules, work hours, project budgets and expenditure;
Be involving in all stages of a project. Includes engaging project teams and vendors in project initiation, planning activities ( managing contracts, resource onboarding ), managing project schedules, dependencies, risks and issues, and project closure activities
Manage project budgets - actuals VS spends
Ability to add value by pairing up technology and business processes through the PMO’s methodologies ( e.g., hybrid waterfall-agile, iterative )
Create metrics/ KPIs to show the health of the overall program/project
Present to senior executives. PMs hold the Executive Steering Committees made up of VPs, AVPs and Directors.

Required
5 years in Project Management of Technology projects
Experience with engaging project teams and vendors in project initiation, planning activities ( managing contracts, resource onboarding ), managing project schedules, dependencies, risks and issues, and project closure activities
Experience with project methodology – Iterative / Hybrid Waterfall ( Waterfall / Agile )
Experience working within a technology environment with understanding of custom application development projects, cloud migrations, on premise software, and in-house developed systems
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, and facilitate project alignment between business and technical teams
Ability to present to senior executives in Steering committee meetings
Tools - MS Projects, Project Server, Sharepoint, Excel, Power BI or any similar tools
Preferred
PMP - nice to have. Not mandatory
