Responsibilities
Consult with business sponsors to determine goals and requirements and manage the process to stand up and launch the program or incentive.
Project manage new program design, implementation, and launch activities across the program team, development teams, and program sponsor organizations.
Transition new programs to 'run state' successfully managing into stable Operations phase.
Manage QTM programs through shutdown as needed, supporting all aspects of program activities.
Track and report on program(s) success.
Contribute to the evolution of QTM processes and documentation.
Maintain and keep updated process, procedure, and workflow information and documentation.
Special projects as capacity allows.

Required
Minimum 7+ years experience with technical Project Management
Minimum 7+ years experience with Program Management
Minimum 7+ years experience with STAKEHOLDER MANAGMENT
Good time management and ability to prioritize
Proven strong project management skills
Ability to define and write business requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong proficiency in process and workflow creation and simplification
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software (specifically Visio and Project in addition to Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Understanding of systems architecture, analysis, and design
Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little supervision
Great interpersonal skills to be able to successfully communicate and work with various stakeholders and audiences
Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
Experience implementing technical projects/programs
Preferred
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
Knowledge of the FastTrack program, FastTrack approach and able to articulate the value of FastTrack.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 product suite.
7+ years of working directly with Microsoft Partners in the delivery of Microsoft cloud services.
PMP or similar project management certification
