Responsibilities

Ensuring team meets customer testing timelines, internal SLAs, and KPIs

Managing project costs and deliverables to meet margin goals

Organizing and analyzing testing data for trends and customer reports

Performing Quality Assurance tasks to ensure data accuracy

Identifying opportunities for process optimization and driving implementation

Liaising with project team members to provide solutions to issues

Communicating project status and progress to clients

Ensuring project strategies comply with company standards and regulations

Mentoring and developing team members for increased responsibilities

Participating in cross-functional initiatives and new testing services

Collaborating with internal teams to clear roadblocks and support customer needs

Traveling as needed to support testing collection requirements

Required

Excellent project management and analytical skills.

Strategic thinking capability balanced with tactical and implementation/execution skills.

Strong understanding of Business intelligence and experience with BI tools such as Qlik

Excellent client-facing, presentation, and internal communication skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill

Analytical ability required to gather data, perform transformation, perform complex analysis, and solve both business and technical problems.

Five or more years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Engagement Manager, or Consultant for digital/mobile applications or any field related to software development and QA.
