Responsibilities
Manage all projects from requirement gathering through delivery and support, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring open communication channels at all times.
Coordinate with the technical team to guide the design and implementation of no-code applications tailored to client needs.
Drive project delivery, ensuring all technical aspects are handled effectively and risks are mitigated.
Proactively identify dependencies and blockers at all levels and seek to eliminate them.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to the strategic planning and execution of company goals.

Required
Proven success in managing complex projects to successful completion.
An understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ability to leverage it in a delivery environment.
Strong client engagement skills, with the ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with JIRA.
Experience as a Scrum Master.
Able to work 100% remote.
Preferred
Proven experience managing projects involving CRM implementation, customization, and integration is a Plus.
