Responsibilities

Implement strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget by leading project planning and execution, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, and tracking project progress against timelines and budgets.

Manage project risks and issues by identifying and mitigating potential risks and resolving issues as they arise.

Leverage project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.

Conduct risk assessments for projects to minimize project risks.

Manage resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees.

Coordinate project team members and develop individual responsibilities and schedules.

Organize and lead meetings to discuss project goals and progress.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholders.

Report and escalate to leadership as needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of managing and delivering large complex technical projects on time and within budget.

Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience using MS Office and MS Project.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience translating business requests into discrete efforts requiring specific technical, functional, and/or operational evaluation.

Strong facilitation skills.

Solid organization skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to craft clear and convincing presentation materials.
