Responsibilities
Project manage and implement property management and accounting software
Perform system analyses and assess client needs
Provide technical support, data fixes, and end-user training
Respond to client requests promptly
Assist Sales in specifications and cost estimates for custom programming projects
Prepare project plans and budgets
Communicate progress and cost status with clients
Develop and deliver technology solutions
Troubleshoot software application issues
Serve as a virtual help desk for clients and internal staff
Draft and maintain instructional documentation
Coordinate programming activities with outsourced programmers
Utilize SQL, ETL, and create custom reports
Establish and catalog client custom reports and function documents
Contribute to the success of the organization

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
Successful track record in project management and implementing software accounting systems
Knowledge of the Yardi Voyager property management software platform, Yardi Elevate a plus
Extensive knowledge of Yardi’s scripting methodology and database schema
Advanced ability to program in SQL
A track record of hands-on use of Yardi Voyager technology-based solutions required
Yardi Scripting Engine
SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Yardi Spreadsheet Reporting (YSR)
FillDocs
Microsoft Excel Formulas and Functions
Crystal Reports
Preferred
Yardi legacy products such as Genesis, Enterprise, Classic, etc. a plus
Knowledge of other property management products Yardi Breeze and Breeze Premier, Yardi legacy platforms (e.g. Genesis, Enterprise, Classic, etc.) AppFolio, Realpage, MRI Software, Resman, Sage/Timberline and/or Entrata are a plus
Yardi database administration knowledge desired, such as Menus, Security, SQL Query Analyzer, Voyager Workstation Admin, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL)
Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager’s workflows and capabilities desired, such as Financial Analytics, Account Trees, Conductor, Service Manager, File Manager, Correspondence
Business knowledge in property management services and market verticals such as: Residential, commercial, and related verticals, Maintenance/facility management, job cost, budgeting and forecasting, valuation procure to pay, investment management, fixed assets
