Responsibilities
Lead a cross-functional team in planning, executing, and delivering agile projects.
Oversee and mentor team members, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to communicate project progress and achieve objectives.
Support the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and coordinate with other agile scrum teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans, and schedules for successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop corrective actions.
Ensure effective communication, stakeholder management, project status reporting, and change management.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 8 years of Project Management experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.) required
Experience with IT modernization efforts, including cloud migration, application development, and system integration
Proven experience managing agile projects, with a strong understanding of agile principles and practices
Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, and effectively communicate project progress and issues
Experience working with NIH NIAID or in the life sciences industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges and make informed decisions
Ability to promote a collaborative team environment, facilitating teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience with cloud technologies, preferably MS Azure
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
