Responsibilities

Designing and implementing innovative infrastructure solutions: Partner with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Automation, OS Engineering, Networking, Operations, and Corporate Real Estate) to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-proof infrastructure architectures.

Driving operational excellence: Champion process improvement initiatives to streamline ticket/incident management and enhance overall team efficiency.

Cultivating strong partnerships: Foster open communication between Infrastructure IT and Front Office IT teams, bridging the gap and ensuring seamless collaboration.

Leading technology advancements: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge infrastructure technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Ensuring regulatory compliance: Maintain a deep understanding of finance industry regulations, compliance standards, and security frameworks to ensure infrastructure adheres to best practices.

Staying ahead of the curve: Continuously research and integrate emerging technologies into the infrastructure strategy, keeping Mizuho Americas Services at the forefront of innovation.
