Responsibilities

Develops, maintains and manages incoming project pipeline and prioritizes requests according to business requirements

Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external partners to define scopes, requirements and deadlines for new initiatives.

Translates technical requirements between business and technical resources

Develops and maintains reporting for IT dashboards

Other tasks as assigned

Required

3+ years of Project Management or related administrative support for technical teams

2+ years of experience with T-SQL

2+ years of experience with Power BI

Excellent communication skills and the ability to create technical documentation

Reliable, self-motivated, and exhibits ownership for assigned work

Self-directed learner with the ability to research and implement novel approaches to business directives

Excellent organization, prioritization, and deadline focus

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

PMP or other related certifications

Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem

Familiarity with ServiceDeskPlus, Azure DevOps, and Wrike

Mortgage industry experience
