Responsibilities

Analyze, plan, and develop project requirements for scheduled technical projects

Work directly with external clients on project activities, from inception to closure

Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address challenges

Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for projects or initiatives

Maintain project plans across multiple projects and clients and report progress and status to key client stakeholders

Establish and maintain uniform processes and documentation related to project and business activities

Required

2-4 years in Project Management in a technical field required

Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methodologies

Experience in breaking down tasks and delegating work within a technology department

Demonstrated understanding of cascading impact for technical delays

Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others

Keen sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams

Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

Demonstrated ability applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred

Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred

AWS based accreditations which include AWS Solutions Architect Associate or other Associate-level certification (Developer or Systems Administrator), or ability to attain one within 45 days
