Required
10+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in Kore.ai or Conversational AI implementations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong technical expertise in APIs, system integrations, and conversational AI workflows.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
Willingness to travel up to 20% for client engagements.
