Responsibilities

Oversee integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce Billing and other business systems.

Identify and manage ERP project scope changes.

Schedule and facilitate system configuration, testing and training as required.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.

Lead data migration projects as needed, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Act as a primary point of contact for NetSuite and Salesforce Billing-related inquiries and troubleshooting.

Identify and address potential risks and issues related to the ERP implementation project.

Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

Oversee testing activities, including UAT, and ensure compliance standards are met.
