Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers and the Senior Director of People Experience to design and execute recruitment strategies specifically tailored to Engineering and Product roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on technical and product roles, with flexibility to assist with non-technical hiring as needed.
Proactively source, attract, and hire high-quality candidates at scale, while maintaining a positive and seamless candidate experience.
Show expertise in recruiting for Engineering, AI and Product teams, including roles such as software engineers, product managers, and technical leads.
Show proven experience recruiting in the U.S. and Canada, with additional global hiring experience as a strong plus.
Revamp the recruiting function by introducing new tools, techniques, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in and coordinate recruiting events such as hackathons and job fairs to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
Maintain accurate data in applicant tracking systems and provide regular hiring metrics and updates to stakeholders.
Train interviewers on best practices to ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience.

Required
Proven track record of success in recruiting technical talent in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
Experience recruiting in the U.S. and Canada, with international hiring experience a strong plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams.
Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences and fostering an inclusive hiring process.
Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to recruiting challenges.
Experience in organizing or participating in hackathons and job fairs.
