Responsibilities
Demonstrated history and proficiency in selling pressed and sintered carbide blanks to the cutting tools manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth, building client relationships, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
Identify and engage new customers through various methods to increase sales and expand the customer base.
Develop and deliver professional, effective sales presentations by staying updated on company activities, industry trends, and regulations.
Prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers with accurate pricing and configurations.
Maintain sales demonstration tools and applications.
Ensure accurate processing of customer orders, monitor customer needs, and provide post-sale customer service.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in field sales or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior sales experience in the manufacturing industry is required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to travel 50% - driving or flying as needed.
