Responsibilities

Partners with client business and technical teams to understand business objectives and integration requirements.
Serves as a subject matter expert in assigned market.
Designs and configures solutions to address customer’s business requirements.
Presents customized demonstration scenarios tailored to customer requirements.
Delivers business-oriented presentations to all levels of the customer organization including board level.
Supports the sales team as an expert on the technical and integration aspects of other enterprise solutions throughout the sales cycle
Contributes to/writes customer-specific Origami proposals and management summaries.
Documents customer requirements and known product / configuration gaps to facilitate the handoff to service.
Works with Product and Professional Services to identify and address product and configuration needs.
Leads the benefits assessment process and developing customized ROI/ROR analysis.
Assists marketing with support for events, PR, seminars, analyst demos, and campaigns.
Help articulate cloud visions and SaaS offerings to new and existing clients.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business-related field.
3+ years of previous experience in technical pre-sales consulting and/or sales engineering
Previous experience working with technical sales teams and sales executives.

Preferred

Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) industry experience preferred.
