Responsibilities
Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored compressor solutions.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the centrifugal compressor market.
Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure that the compressor specifications meet the client's needs and industry standards.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients and at industry events, focused on centrifugal compressors.
Provide technical support and consultation throughout the sales process and after product delivery of centrifugal compressors.
Monitor industry and competitive compressor products to identify future trends
Develop new business areas, sales markets, and products. This includes new customers and partners.
Create business plans and strategies.
Develop existing business areas.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred)
Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or account management, particularly within the centrifugal compressor market or related heavy industry sectors
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify economic trends and industry influences
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to develop new business segments and cultivate long-term partnerships
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred
Mechanical or Industrial Engineering degree
