Responsibilities
Facilitate daily stand-ups and support the team in adhering to the Scrum delivery process.
Lead Agile meeting including planning, improvement, review, and practices to enhance their understanding and application.
Work closely with cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
Translate complex requirements into actionable designs and guide development teams toward successful project outcomes.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, gathering feedback to inform future actions and enhancements.
Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress.
Ensure efficient communication and collaboration among team members.

Required
8+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
Proven track record of success in product management, particularly within the telecommunications and wireless technology sectors.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
Familiarity with technical environments such as software development or telecommunications.
Skilled with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience with risk analysis and the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Certifications in ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
