Responsibilities
Develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with Gainwell's business objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and advancements to drive innovation and efficiency.
Oversee software delivery and support functions, setting and enforcing standard to ensure best-in-class delivery disciplines are followed.
Oversee complex IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project management best practices.
Manage and optimize the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud solutions.
Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions.

Required
Subject matter expertise in Care Management is required.
Strong technical expertise in various IT domains, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and applications development.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communicate with clients about IT related discrepancies and other matter of significance to ascertain information and correct errors.
Provides work direction and guidance to less experienced personnel using the IT structure and associated components to ensure that business specifications are met.
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
5+ years in healthcare IT, preferably with a strong knowledge of healthcare population health and care management products.
10+ years of experience in IT management roles.
Preferred
Leads a cross functional team in the ongoing operations of an integrated Population Health Solution. Advanced certifications preferred.
3+ years of experience in Population Health and/or Care Management preferred.
