Responsibilities
Perform incoming inspection of returned parts and instruments
Perform decontamination, evaluation, troubleshooting, repair, and qualifications of parts and instruments
Perform high-value refurbishment and qualifications of high-value sub-assemblies working with supply chain and vendors
Perform Service Support tool assembly and qualification
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time and field failures
Develop and implement fixates, jigs, and test fixtures as appropriate

Required
Experience in RMA inspection, refurbishment, and verification for instruments, parts, and sub-assemblies
Ability to perform instrument Quality Control, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical, optical, and fluidic instrumentation
Experience in performing Incoming Inspection and Qualification testing on instruments following revision-controlled Standard Operating Procedures
Capability to record nonconformances and perform investigations into failures
Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and requalifying instruments in accordance with training and service manuals
Experience in performing incoming inspection of returned parts and instruments
