Responsibilities
Lead Technical Architecture : Design, develop, and implement technical architecture solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring they meet client requirements and align with best practices.
Technical Requirements Definition : Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed technical requirements for ServiceNow solutions, including integrations and customizations.
Solution Design and Integration : Define and implement integration strategies with third-party systems, and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules using ServiceNow's native technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Glide, REST APIs).
Customization and Scripting : Create and manage ServiceNow customizations using JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Actions, Script Includes, and other ServiceNow scripting tools.
Drive Technical Execution : Lead and mentor development teams in the technical execution of the ServiceNow solution, ensuring successful implementation across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
Ensure Technical Quality : Review and enforce best practices in ServiceNow development, configuration, and integrations to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
Architecture Planning and Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design diagrams, integration models, and deployment plans to ensure alignment with business needs and technical constraints.
Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet organizational needs for scalability, reliability, and security.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, technical teams, and leadership, providing expert guidance on all technical aspects of ServiceNow implementations.

Required
7-9 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on architecture, custom applications, and integrations.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow development and architecture: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom applications.
Extensive technical expertise in scripting and programming languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, REST APIs, and familiarity with the ServiceNow scripting environment.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules: Expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and CMDB, with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring these solutions.
Preferred
ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (or equivalent experience) and relevant certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are highly preferred.
