Responsibilities

Serve as the technical expert for clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing insights on product features and functionalities.

Guide clients through the onboarding and engagement process, offering training sessions and resources to ensure they effectively utilize our products.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and sales) to manage client implementations and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and facilitate decision-making.

Respond to client feedback on product performance and user experience, relaying insights to the product team for continuous improvement.

Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Maintain clear and organized project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and meeting notes.
