Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the company and technology service providers.
Oversee relationships with security and privacy firms to ensure compliance.
Conduct technical demonstrations for clients and provide expert advice on integration processes.
Serve as the primary contact for all technical inquiries related to the company's technology stack.
Lead the development and implementation of a central Hub software tool for managing e-commerce sites.
Oversee the maintenance and improvements of e-commerce stores built with SaaS partners.
Perform minor coding tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and integrate APIs.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the promotional products, e-commerce, sales industry.
Strong understanding of web development technologies and coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access.

Preferred

Experience with integration tools and APIs.
Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards.
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
Basic proficiency in coding quick fixes and minor development tasks.
Proficiency in front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to manage and oversee complex projects.
Basic understanding of back-end development (e.g., PHP, Python, or Node.js).
Ability to write and debug basic code.
Understanding of API integration and data handling.
Ability to perform code reviews and follow coding standards.
