Responsibilities

Help maintain accurate vendor records and documentation, updating the vendor database with current contact information, contracts, and performance data.

Assist in the technical onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring smooth integration with company systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor-related issues and provide resolutions.

Assist the sales team in identifying technical requirements and offer insights into product capabilities, integration potential, and sales strategies.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement security measures and best practices.

Help coordinate vendor meetings, reviews, deliverables, and timelines to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and security within Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure.

Implement security policies and protocols to ensure compliance with internal security standards and industry regulations for Microsoft-based tools.

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Business, Sales, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including management, highly skilled technical staff, non-technical personnel, and with external clients and vendors.

Strong interest in technology sales and understanding of industry-leading platforms like Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

A collaborative mindset and willingness to work with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
