Responsibilities
Perform Active Directory administration and basic Exchange tasks, such as creating user mailboxes.
Provision users for Citrix and create user accounts.
Troubleshoot LAN hardware and software problems.
Work on Help Desk tickets, focusing on meeting or exceeding SLAs.
Install and configure software and hardware, logging into Help Desk queues, and resolving or escalating tickets.
Assist senior staff with administration for client computing devices and systems.
Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory administration tasks.
Conduct patch management for Microsoft and third-party applications.
Develop automated scripts for system inventory, post-imaging automation, and software deployments.
Build custom computer images and maintain a hardware driver library.
Respond to and deploy emergency security updates.

Advanced knowledge of LAN systems, software packaging, deployment, and PC image creation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of IT experience or equivalent military experience.
