Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and solve a variety of technical issues related to our DBeaver enterprise products
Diagnose incidents that occur during software operation
Coordinate with other support engineers and our engineering teams to resolve customer issues and requests
Reproduce customer issues and bugs to improve our product internally
Participate in the creation and maintenance of company documentation and knowledge articles

Required
Solid experience with Postgres, MySQL, and/or a SQL-based database
Additional experience with at least one other SQL-based or NoSQL-based database
Recent or past experience programming in or debugging issues with Java
Exposure to either software networking and/or containerization
Some experience troubleshooting issues or working in cloud-based environments like AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written communication skills
Preferred
Experience in software development or testing
Broad knowledge of IT technologies in the database ecosystem
