Responsibilities

Respond to client/user inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer care and technical troubleshooting.
Handle 50+ users daily, ensuring maximum productivity and delivering high-quality support in a call center environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products, providing clear and concise solutions to non-technical users.
Collaborate with internal support groups to escalate complex, high-priority, and high-impact issues to the appropriate teams.
Accurately document all interactions, resolutions, and trending issues using our ticket management system.
Stay updated with product updates, industry changes, and new releases through ongoing training.
Utilize technical tools to navigate, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently.
Provide feedback on common technical challenges and assist in reporting trends to improve our products and processes.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive experience by addressing user concerns in a timely manner.
Manage multiple tasks effectively and independently while prioritizing urgent matters in a fast-paced environment.

Required

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 5 years of experience handling inbound phone calls in a call center environment
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role
1 year of hands-on technical support experience, particularly in Software Applications
Proficient in using client management ticketing systems and resolving support requests
Strong knowledge of multiple web browsers and their functionality
Solid network administration experience
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Exceptional telephone etiquette and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a technical aptitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other business tools
