Responsibilities
Provide helpdesk support to internal employee users.
Answers queries using established protocols, scripts and/or procedures in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems
Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and resolves first-tier problems utilizing historical database records and available information.
Escalates calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
Performs first-level problem determination and resolution.
Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.

Required
HS Diploma
0-2 years of related experience
US Citizenship required with ability to obtain a government security clearance, if needed.
Preferred
Previous IT experience is preferred
Previous customer service experience
Previous technical helpdesk support a plus but not required
