Responsibilities
Employees will be in a high-volume queue taking calls from end users for a wide variety of issues
Employees will perform all training and job duties from your own personal dwelling / work space

Required
A stable internet connection (10/5 Mbps or better)
An efficient PC/MAC desktop or laptop
An available Ethernet port on your network switch, modem or router
Webcam and Audio speakers are required to complete our Zoom based Technical Training, and for Team Participation during ISPN employment
