Responsibilities

Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to instruct customers and partners on the operation, installation, and troubleshooting of PRT products.

Design, update, and refine technical training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations, tailored to diverse audiences.

Provide on-site demonstrations showcasing the value and functionality of PRT technologies during customer engagements.

Collaborate with the technical support team to address real-time customer issues and integrate feedback into training programs.

Ensure all training materials and sessions comply with industry regulations and promote safety best practices.

Maintain detailed records of training sessions, certifications, and customer feedback.
