Responsibilities
Teach SharePoint, Outlook, and other applications to employees being migrated/integrated to client through acquisition pipeline.
Design and document training classes.
Build and add to a Technology knowledge base creating documentation and video training for access anytime.
Train large amounts of people over video Teams calls.

Required
Mid-Level Technical Trainer
Ability to teach SharePoint, Outlook, and other applications
Positive/outgoing personality
Clear and concise communication skills
Understanding of how to teach end users on technical applications remotely
Ability to design and document training classes
Ability to build and add to a Technology knowledge base
Creating documentation and video training for access anytime
Experience working across multiple teams assisting on application training for several projects
