Responsibilities
Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the assigned product portfolio, monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify and explore new markets and opportunities to promote our technical e-learning products and services in the field of AI, Data Science, Cyber Security, Cloud etc.
Develop innovative GTM strategies and marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Collaborate with sales teams to execute marketing plans and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
Work closely with the product development team to define product experiences and features based on market insights and user feedback.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product enhancements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for content partners, fostering strong relationships and aligning on promotional and content strategies.
Work closely with partners to execute Go-To-Market (GTM) plans, promotional activities, and joint marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner content seamlessly into our platform.
Oversee the catalog management process, including SKU management, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for product expansion, promotion, and growth.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales performance.
Collaborate with content partners such as Microsoft, Google, IBM, etc., to create high-quality e-learning content tailored to the needs of our platform.
Ensure timely delivery of content as per partner requirements and platform standards.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop engaging and effective educational material.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
15+ years of work experience with a minimum of 10 years in Product Marketing or similar role(s).
Experience in managing strategic partnerships, particularly with OEMs like Microsoft, IBM, Google, and developing strategies to enhance these relationships.
Proven experience in P&L management, content management, partnership management, GTM and product marketing in the online learning/education industry.
Strong understanding of e-learning platforms, digital marketing principles, and product management concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and insights to make informed decisions.
Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving revenue growth.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
