Responsibilities
Create and Maintain Documentation : Write and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation, including but not limited to README files, technical guides, API documentation, and troubleshooting manuals.
Atlassian Tools Management : Use Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira to collaborate with development teams, track project progress, and organize documentation workflows.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work with developers, product managers, and quality assurance teams to gather technical information and ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
API Documentation : Document REST APIs and other integrations, ensuring clarity and completeness for both developers and end-users.
Version Control : Manage documentation versions in conjunction with software releases and updates, ensuring documentation reflects the most current functionality and changes.
Quality Assurance : Review and edit content for consistency, grammar, and style, adhering to internal guidelines and best practices.
User Assistance and Readability : Create user-friendly content aimed at both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required
Minimum of [X] years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on creating README files and API documentation.
Strong experience using Atlassian Confluence for documentation management and Jira for tracking technical tasks and issues.
Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured technical content, specifically for developer audiences.
Ability to read and understand source code, enabling you to create meaningful README documentation and troubleshoot issues.
Understanding of version control systems and basic command-line operations to support README and technical document management.
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on consistency and clarity in technical documentation.
Preferred
Proficiency in writing documentation using tools such as Markdown, AsciiDoc, or similar formats.
Experience with Swagger, Postman, or similar tools for API documentation and testing.
Knowledge of Agile software development processes and familiarity with versioning of documentation based on iterative releases.
