Responsibilities

Product artifact creation & support with a focus on technical documents such as operational user manuals, quick reference user guides, packing lists, training material & interconnect diagrams, etc.

Responsible for designing and maintaining new and sustainment training materials; liaise with engineering, customers, technical writing staff, and ensure the program of instruction (POI) is accurate and up to date

Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards

Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished and engaging content

Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language that sets up our users for success

Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement

Travel up to 25% of the time to leverage real-world equipment observation into material generation and maintenance; remote work possible

Drafting technically enhanced: White Papers, Proposals, Technical Manuals, Training Material, Data Sheets, Marketing Material
